And the bushy eyebrows thing was, of course, the statement that Dylan Mortensen said to the detective on the morning of the murders when she saw this masked figure walking through the house.

And then through investigative genetic genealogy, they were able to compare it against Brian Kurger, and it was what they would call a statistical match. So there's no way on this earth that the judge would throw out that piece of

evidence. That's the piece of evidence that more than anything else gave the probable cause to arrest Brian Koberger for these murders.
