Kstands up. As you guys know, we like to bring a lot of our team members onto the,

onto the show because it, you know, it does take a team to pull all this off. I mean, we have lots of investments. You know, at one point, we had close to a billion dollars

with a real estate investments. Jennifer's job is to handle all the existing investors. So we,

as you can imagine, we have hundreds and hundreds of investors. They email, text, call,

you know, all day long, right? All the time. They, they do it to me,

to my partner, Ross, to Jennifer, you know, basically whoever will listen, right? So we have all that.

But then we also have the 1,400 people that are trying to invest with us, and they're all accredited.

So Jen's had a lot of roles in our company, and she's doing a really, really good job.

And most of our investor management happens through a software that we use, that it's basically a portal for everyone, right?

Yep.

So why don't you explain how that works for the investor?

Yeah, so the investor goes on, the other username, password, and once they're in there,

it shows all of their entities, because some have multiple entities, all of the investment

slash properties, if you will, that are invested in that entity, all of the investment slash properties, if you will,
