hours there is an air of the crunching gear change isn't there to mix my metaphors horribly but

the next customer. And if we can remember dealing with it relatively recently, we'll

probably send you packing as well. Although that second rule is very flimsy given given the age of

Keith and me these days and the appallingness of our short-term memories and then if you

hear someone else ask a question to which you know the answer your duty bound to ring in and

provide various prizes various treats in store.

There is the mystery hour round of applause,

one of the highest accolades that British radio can bestow.

And then there is what we call the Ray Leota.
