My name's Jennifer, and I am just here to help you be and do more than you feel capable of by living the 413 life.

So why 413? Well, 413 are two really important numbers to me. So when my boys were young, if they

0:49.5

were feeling ready to quit or frustrated about something like homework I would tell them

in physical darkness so much longer than I ever lived in physical light.

2:03.0

So you can imagine that I spend most days confronted with that uncomfortable reality,

2:11.6

that there are just tons of things that I absolutely cannot do. I can't drive.

2:16.8

I can't see to read. I can't see my face or the faces of the people who I love the most. I can't see color or art or

2:26.6

the intricacy of a flower pedal or a sunset. I can't be independent like I want to, but I'm also confronted with those challenges, the same kinds
