Can confusion ever be a good thing?

Right, confusion is, it's a place we don't like arriving at,

right, because the mind loves certainty.

It wants to know yes or no. This color or that color, this

city or that city, that job or this job. The mind craves certainty because the

brain's number one job is to keep you safe, right, to keep you alive to protect you.

We talk about this all the time in self-coaching society.

Definitely check it out if you're not already on the inside. But I would like to offer something else about confusion today that if you're feeling it, maybe you're confused about a relationship or a new business venture or an idea or you don't know

whether or not to say yes or no to an opportunity for example.

Here's why confusion is a good thing.

This actually feels much deeper

than I originally thought when I started recording it

and I think this is good, so stick with me.

When we're certain it's almost like we're in a routine somehow. It's like get up, go here, go there, do this, eat that, see that

person, spend your weekend this way

spend your vacation time and money that way forward step forward step in

certainty that's fine right what's wrong that? Nothing is actually quite calm and blissful to some people.

But all of the time, if everything is so sudden and everything is almost so predictable and routine, are you really living your best? Are you really pushing yourself? Are you really allowing all of life's pleasures and joys and opportunities

to fill up your world? But if you are in confusion, I'm guessing it's because you're doing something.

Maybe you're entering a new arena, maybe you're levelling up, right?
