Did you know, my friends, that being responsible sometimes shows up or appears as being

irresponsible?

It feels kind of strange to hear that or to feel that, right? Because being

responsible is, I mean, every adult is responsible, right? Every self-respecting person has a solid

sense of responsibility in their lives. But how can the opposite, in fact, be true in certain cases? I've experienced this myself many times

people thinking I am bonkers for making decisions that I've made and I wanted to give you this

this thought today, this perhaps new way of looking at the decisions that you're making that are

perhaps perceived or judged as not, I mean,

not that great an idea like you haven't thought things through. Like, gosh, is this person

being responsible? When in fact, yes, yes, you are because you are making intuitively guided

calls for your life. I'm going to give you a couple of examples now. But I really want you to feel

today listening to this that if what you're doing feels irresponsible in some capacity,

maybe you are perfectly and beautifully onto something. And absolutely nothing needs to shift

because you are right on, my friend. Okay. For me, this was leaving a stable

job to pursue my passion. Okay, so I was 30 years old in New York, breadwinner of my marriage,

making $500,000 a year. And I quit right before I turned 31 to go all in as a life

coach. Now look, I do have a multimillion dollar per year business now, but I didn't know that

when I quit. I didn't know that when I was side hustling, but it would become this.

And of course, that was my intention and goal.

I've always had big dreams, but there were no guarantees. Interestingly, I can tell you over the

last 10 years, a lot of people in the tech world who I worked with, they've been laid off.
