Summary

What would the world be like without animals? Rae Wynn Grant - ecologist, podcaster, and bear cub cuddler - gives us a picture of what would happen if animals disappeared, and explains how we can stop it from happening. We’ll find out how the Endangered Species Act has worked for over 50 years to save endangered species, and how we can make it even better for the next generation. 1:08.0	That's a really good question, because there's lots of planets that don't have any animals, all of them that we know of really, except for this one.
1:16.0	Yeah, so Lena has an idea of what our planet would be like without animals.
1:22.0	It would be very empty because humans are animals.
1:26.3	That's right. I mean there wouldn't even be anyone around to make podcasts.
1:31.2	That would be sad. Unless somehow rocks learn how to do it.
1:35.0	And they'll be like, this podcast rocks.
