I'm here with Conno from the San Francisco Chronicle and Beer Curtinbach from the Mercury News.

There's a few things I wanted to talk to you guys about,

including some of the ways that media will change after this pandemic and your thoughts on California reopening.

But I want to start here.

As we talk about the NBA possibly resuming play in the regular season, this may seem like a strange question to a lot of people, but do you even want the regular season to come back at this point?

Dieter, I want to start with you.

For the Warriors, no.

God knows that even though we could fool ourselves into thinking that there's some fun

stuff to watch at the end of the year, seeing a bunch of guys coming back out of shape

after weeks, months of eating whatever they want and smoking whatever they want and all that

jazz, I don't know if that's going to be good basketball on the threshold that the Warriors

didn't exactly play good basketball beforehand.

I don't think we need to bring Steph Curry back.

You don't need to try it out, Draymond Green again.

So on the Warriors stance, no.

For the rest of the NBA, I would like to see some sort of maybe a modified regular season, maybe just call it an expansion of the playoffs where any team that had a realistic chance, you know, like better than 15, 20 percent chance of making the playoffs with the 15 to 20 games that they had remaining, that they get an opportunity, whether through, you know, a shortened regular
