1:22.4	you guys thinking? My minimum year is 2027 before I can get out. Okay, and how about your wife?
1:31.6	Hers is 2024. 2024, okay, so she's before. Are you guys moving, do you see yourself moving again
1:40.8	in between now in 2027? Yes, definitely. Okay, do you guys know where you want to be planted long
1:50.0	term? Do you know where you would want to buy land or is there a piece of specific land you're
1:53.7	looking at? Right now we're looking in the Casper Wyoming area. Okay, and is there a piece of land

2:06.9	we found that we're interested in. It's about 40 acres. Okay, but it's not like a sentimental

2:18.4	oh gosh, we want to buy this for our family. It's more just the idea we want to buy before the
2:25.1	market goes up or what's the motivation around it? There's nothing sentimental or a specific piece
