and a lot of it's already been covered already, but one of the questions that I still have that I feel went unanswered is why exactly did Michael Jordan retire after 1998?

Because he said on the last episode that he believed he was at his peak that

that he had developed in his game between those things that he thought he could have led the Bulls to a

And so I think that he just felt like it was necessary for him to retain that the integrity of that lasting image of that legacy of playing for Chicago throughout his whole career and being able to win six championships and six attempts and things of that story.
