| 0:43.1 | I've lost 125 pounds myself after an entire adulthood of chronic yo-yo dieting. |
| 0:48.8 | Up down, up down again before I finally got sick and tired of being sick and tired. |
| 0:55.0 | And I made some permanent, meaningful, and actual changes to my life formula, you know, your lifestyle, |
| 1:01.0 | habits, beliefs, your environment, community, into your system of belief. Because it's all of those things that create you. And if you want to get new results, you're going to have to go all the way |
| 1:05.2 | back and change those things. That's what I did. And I have been keeping the weight off because I did that. Because I made |
| 1:13.0 | the deep changes at the core of myself and of my life. I did not, however, do it all at once. |
| 1:21.6 | That would have been hard and probably not even successful had a try. It started small, painfully small. |
| 1:31.0 | I'm just gonna eat when I'm hungry, |
| 1:33.3 | and I'm gonna work out for 20 minutes, |
| 1:36.0 | three times a week, and I'm just gonna get a little sleep. |
