Hi, welcome back to the Dürs show of the Supreme Court the other day rendered a

6-3 decision that is very popular. I think most people seem to agree with it. It

seems to kind of make common sense judgment. There you have a football coach. His

name is Joe Kennedy, a popular guy. He decides which players who will play,

which players will sit on the bench, and he's a particularly religious guy and

he likes to pray. God bless him. I've everybody has the right to pray in the

United States, but he prays at the 50-yard line at the end of the game and

either implicitly or directly encourages his team players to come and

kneel with him and make a prayer. Hey, what's wrong with that? The Supreme

Court said nothing's wrong with that and that the public school officials who

fired him or suspended him because they thought he was violating the

Constitution. They were wrong and he was right. He has the right to loudly

pray in a public school football game and and encourage players to come and kneel

and pray with him. Many religious Americans support that to you. The Supreme

One problem is utterly, completely, and totally inconsistent with the United

States Constitution and everything it stands for. It begins to dismantle brick by

brick, the high wall of separation between a church and state. Look, the first

amendment wasn't completely clear as to how to allocate responsibility

regarding religion. It says, Congress shall make no law. This is before this

before it talks about free speech even. Congress shall make no law

respecting an establishment of religion. That's the first phrase in the first
