So things I've learned about myself over the first three and a half months of this current phase of my life of

widowhood and I guess that may be the first thing that I've learned is the fact

that I've had to change my status. I know some of you who have gone through

divorces probably recognize that there's a lot of paperwork that you come across and asks what your marital status was.

Today's podcast is also a solo podcast, but a little bit different. It's been about three and a half months since my

wife Libby died, losing her courageous battle with cancer, was a real champion until the end.

And no matter how prepared we may or may not be,

and I didn't have tons of preparation for the immediate time because she was so strong until the end, although we had been forewarned by her oncologists that the disease was

advancing and we would be talking you know, in terms of weeks as opposed to months and then obviously at some point

weeks became days. But I thought it would be appropriate to share what I've learned about myself in those in the last three months and perhaps aside from being something that I feel I need to do for me,

it may help some others in preparing for being sure that their lives are being led the way

that they would like to and maybe even having to handle loss,

although that isn't necessarily my goal in doing so.

In keeping with a tradition or guideline that I have whenever I have guests on the podcast, which is most of the time, I tell them that I don't script it too heavily, so not always sure where the, where the
