And it's one of the reasons why I've taken off the last several days since Christmas.

I have not been able to do much of anything.

For those of you who have ever experienced the flu, it is quite debilitating and unlike any other kind of cold I've experienced.

It really keeps you bedridden.

And I was going to take one more day of rest and hopefully come back online, but I decided it might be interesting to bring you into my experience.

I am a big proponent of self-care,

so I didn't want to be pushing through any limits or pushing to create an episode at the

expense of my health but I don't think that this is doing that. I am in bed with my eyes closed and my computer opened

So I figured I'd just share a bit about what it's like to be in this experience and how I'm navigating it and what the

flu looks like through, we could say, a mindfulness or a meditation perspective.

It is an interesting state.

For one, I don't get sick very often.

I've always had a fairly strong immune system,

but still would get sick once or twice a year I guess growing up and then once I got into
