I fully upgraded everything.

I think it arrives later this week, I'm pretty sure, and I'm going to have a new mic, a new

thing, a new stand, a new stand that's like a little arm that you bend around,

like I'm freaking NPR or something. I'm very excited about it. It took me years to upgrade my audio equipment

and I'm so so excited that hopefully this

podcast will sound even better going forward but we are back this week it is a

new year it is a new it's not a not a new season we don't really seasons anymore. It's just a new episode and I'm very very happy to be back. I hope everyone had a lovely holiday and a wonderful new year. I spent my new year eating Ethiopian leftovers because I got them for dinner but I

ended up breaking into them for lunch because I couldn't help myself and watching

Reacher which I think I talked about here before I can't stop yelling about it I

love Reacher but it was nice I got in bed at like 10 o'clock is it was

no big thing which is what it's like when you have a fresh baby and you're celebrating New Year's. But either way that time between

Christmas and New Year's no matter what religion you celebrate is so bizarre and I

really I really lived it up this year. I was in Colorado last week as you all

know and usually we we just can't get

home on time because of snow it's snow weather snow things like that wind snow and

we actually made it out before the weather happened this time so I had a few days in town
