yeah i bought a condo in uh Scottsdale Arizona right at the height of the market in 2008. And it was an apartment building

where they were converting them into condos. And my father bought one and I bought one. And unfortunately,

the market crashed right after. And I had the deal with negative

cash flow for about 10 years. And then when I finally sold it, I think I lost maybe about 15 to 20,000.
