I've got this sort of tickly cough thing again that sort of come in.

It's sort of, it's there, it won't go away, so I spent most of the night sort of coughing, but actually didn't stop me sleeping. I wonder if you cough when you're asleep.

I wonder if you do, or does it, you just sort of get past it. Why is it when you're awake,

you cough, and when you're asleep, you don't cough? Because otherwise, I did wake up, but I was doing that sort of thing. But then it sort of gets that stage where your chest starts aching. Anyway, where do we kick off this morning? We kick off with Rio Ferdinand. Confirming a Trist. That means having sex. I love the way they sort of confirming a trist. He spotted leaving a house following an overnight stay. Separate bedrooms, I hope,

actually, but obviously knowing anybody from that Towie program, I don't think so. I don't think so.

We're all sending him lots of love, says Lydia Dim, breaking her silence as James Arge checks into rehab to overcome depression.

Oh, God, it's never ending. It's never...

Is this because he's a coke addict? Is this because he had the problems with the cocaine?

And when you take somebody off cocaine, presumably they then get depressed. She just can't leave him alone.

But in the meantime, Lydia, you know, he had sex with Gemma Collins, because she told us about it.

So now he's gone to overcome depression in Thailand. He's 29 for God's sake. I mean, really?

Lydia Dimmy's also disgusted as she discovers that James Argent slept with Gemma Collins.

I mean, put it this way, dear, you finish with him, then you slept with him, so, you know, once a tart, always a tart, I'm afraid.

And Gemma Collins, as I say, he's been there before.

He likes the fat birds.

Come on, get real.

And then she went, I'm completely and utterly in shock.

I'm disgusted.
