0:16.3 | I caught your ticket. Welcome back to another episode of Courtside with Courtney. Today, I want to get |
0:27.6 | into something that I think is life-changing. Let's talk about getting out of your comfort zone. |
0:32.7 | How to do it, tips, why I think it's good for you and why I think honestly everybody at any age should be |
0:39.2 | getting out of their comfort zone. I truly believe that getting out of your comfort zone is one of |
0:43.7 | the quickest and most efficient ways to find growth as a person, whether it's in friendships |
0:50.0 | and your relationships like romantic relationships and your job, personal self-growth, whether it's |

1:49.9 | pretty much pick up anything athletically, except you all know I suck at riding a bike, which is like a |
1:54.4 | whole other topic. But doing things that are outside of your comfort zone like Pilates, for example, |
1:59.6 | ended up being one of my favorite workouts. I still do it at least two times a week now. But there was a time when I'd never tried Pilates. I was kind of intimidated by it because it isn't natural. Like it's not something that just comes to you. You're standing on this reformer and especially if you're used to feeling athletic and like you know what you're doing, you get on a Pilates reformer, and you will feel like a baby giraffe very quickly. |
