0:52.0	I realize you might have heard that term before higher self. What does it mean?
0:56.4	According to the law of one, each of us has a higher self that comes from the six and a half
1:02.8	density, three and a half billion years in the future, in many cases, sometimes less or more.
1:10.2	And when you move on to the seventh density, you leave a sort of version of yourself called
1:15.9	your higher self that guide you on the process of ascension through the densities.
1:21.5	When I began understanding this concept, I started focusing on how I could connect and
1:26.4	speak with my higher self. I did interviews
1:29.6	where I talked to Jim McCarty, who was originally part of the Law of One channelings and asked him,
1:34.9	how can I meet my higher self? You can watch my interview where I did that. And I made it my focus
1:39.8	and actually started channeling and communicating with my higher self. My connection to my higher self is one of the most profound things I've ever experienced.
