The world has many thousands of corporations in it.

Why, of all the consulting firms in all of the countries in all of the world, did you choose to write a book

about McKinsey and Company? Yeah, why McKinsey? Because it's the biggest, most powerful,

most influential, and frankly, the most secretive company out there. I mean, I can't think of a

company that is more secretive than McKenzie. In fact,

that's its business model and never discloses who its clients are or how much they're paid.

And they advise, you know, autocrats. They envise democratic regimes. They advise opioid makers.

I'm not sure they will believe that after they read our book.
