Yeah.

Well, once you have a subpoena or you have a search warrant and it's presented to a DNA company,

they really have to follow it.

And I would believe that at some point they might in the future, I guess they would notify

the person that law enforcement was looking into that DNA, but that would be down the line.

So I don't think that there was a leg to stand on in court to throw the DNA evidence out.

We do believe that it was Brian Colberg's DNA on the snap because of the fact that the DNA was there,

and it was linked to his father, as Barbara just said.

And when they did surveillance on the home, he was throwing

garbage out, other acts of suspiciousness, throwing garbage out in the neighbor's garbage.

Mike always says consciousness of guilt, wearing gloves, cleaning the car, all the different

things that he did. But with regard to that DNA on that knife sheet, we know from his Amazon searches

that there was an Amazon purchase of a K-bar knife with a sheet and a shopperner

approximately eight months before the murders. And then there was searches after the murders

to try and purchase another one. I don't think there was one actually purchased. However,

when they went into his Amazon account,

they did see that there was some scrolling and looking for another K-Barr knife. So all of

the things that we're talking about with regard to the K-Barr knife, very, very powerful evidence.

DNA that is really unrefutable. Once they had the father's DNA, they linked it to him.

I'm certain that once he was arrested, they did a swab and they matched it to the DNA that

was found on the tab, on the snap of the knife sheet, the K-Bahn knife sheet.
