I remember, it must have been four years ago now,

we did an episode about this yak-old.

It's a very special yak-old.

Why-1,000, which sounds like a virus from 1999.

But it's got more exponentially, like,

10 times the amount of bacteria in it.

And it's supposed to help you digest food and feel relaxed.

I don't know if it works.

I think it probably has helped my digestive system a bit, having it every day.

I think Connor claims it does, but we both drink it a lot.
