With a one-minute look at culture from a Christian worldview, I'm John Stone Street with the point.

Back in December, the public school superintendent from Loudoun County, Virginia, was fired and

indicted for lying to parents about the rape of a young girl in a restroom by a male classmate.

Covering the story, the Washington Post admitted that the male student was wearing a skirt

when he gained access to the girl's restroom, but then added that there was, quote, no evidence

he was transgender.

For years now, we've been told that anything and everything counts as evidence of that.

The clothes someone wears, the pronouns they demand, the restrooms they choose, the gender

they claim, the plastic surgery they've had, and the coverage of the Colorado Spring Shooter,

too, the press had been largely unwilling to concede that anyone who identifies as a protected

sexual minority can in fact do something wrong.

See both of these are examples of a critical theory mood that now infects our culture,

and the irrationality of reducing identity to inner feelings, inner feelings that justify

any outer expressions.

It's always better, and it's safer to base policy on objective reality, including biological

reality.
