My name is Michael and I've been a care worker with Stephen for 12 years now.

It's been brilliant to support him to enjoy a more independent life.

There's so much so that now he's helping others with learning disabilities.

I don't think I would have the confidence without Michael's support.

Just really admire how he's grown as a person over these years.

And which I feel very fortunate to have been invited to.

I know, it's pretty incredible isn't it, which is at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
