| 1:11.1 | I found that compared to neighboring Colorado in Texas, |
| 1:15.5 | there's been absolutely no change in crime rates |
| 1:18.5 | or arrest rates in New Mexico |
| 1:20.1 | as a result of their eliminating civil forfeiture and directing all forfeiture proceeds to the state general fund. |
