I'm so excited you're here. Y'all are probably all wondering,

where is my gorgeous hunker, hover, hover, hover, hover, my good thing, my sweet

Angelo. He'll be on next week. So don't you worry your little head. He is coming back. We still so in love. Okay. So I am excited

because I have been last week, I did a podcast with some of my masterminds. And this week,

I'm doing some more masterminds. And I really felt, and my gorgeous mama,

can y'all believe that little pretty thing

just had me right out of her body?

Mimi, you know you are not.

She acts like I, oh, that's embarrassing. She had me at, I was only six pounds.

I was five, two. I was five pounds, two ounces. Dang, girl, what happened? What'd you feed me?

She said, good thing, you came out butt first. So this is my beautiful mother, and we have

beautiful Renee Pack, and we have my beautiful Shonda, and I'm giving these women the platform today,

because all three of these women that you see right here have walked through grief and every single one of

them have walked through losing everything of really that they that they that they that they loved

with all their hearts and how did you keep going and so that's what we're going to talk about today because

grief is really real. And a lot of times people don't understand grief. And so I would love for you,

now remember y'all, we've got people that are not watching this, but listening to it while they're

on the treadmill. Okay? So I need y'all to make sure you get in your microphones and ever so often

just, you know, get loud or something or hoop so that it wakes them up.
