That's exactly right and it's been a little over 10 years since the crash of 2008, 2009 that marked the beginning of what's known as the Great Recession.

And one of the institutions that was called upon to help pull the country out of this economic downturn was America's Central Bank known as the Federal Reserve.

Now the Federal Reserve has tools at its disposal that perform a number of functions such as setting

interest rates to manage inflation, regulating and providing banking services to

other banks and stabilizing financial markets.

So today, the stock market isn't at an all-time high

and unemployment appears to be an all-time low?

How much credit does the Federal Reserve get for that?

And is it truly a recovery for all? It's certainly been good
