We hope you enjoy the message. Well, if you have a piece of paper and a pen, I want you to get it out, because you're going to need it.

And I know that what I just said is probably a really outdated

statement. So if you don't have paper and pen, go ahead and get out your cell phone and just turn

to the notes section on your phone. And here's what I want you to do. When you get out your paper

and pen or your notes section on your phone, I want you to go ahead and just type out or write down your

birth date.

Happy birthday.

So write down your birthday, and then here's what I want us to assume.

Let's just assume that you are going to live 80 years to the day, okay?

Because statistics would say that the life expectancy of someone in the United States is just under 80 years.

So just figure out 80 years to the day what would be your expiration date? And when you figure

that out, just put a dash and then write your expiration date. And when you've done that,

here's what I want you to do. I just want you to look at that one little dash between

your birth date and your expiration date because that one little dash is where you are right now.

You are somewhere in the midst of that one little dash. And here's what you need to know.

You only get one of those. You only get

one dash. And now what I want you to do is you're looking at that dash. I want you to envision that

dash is in some way a timeline of your life. Like the very tip of the dash on this end is your start date and the tip at the very end of the

dash on this side and that's flip-flop for you is your expiration date, okay?

Imagine that that's somehow a timeline of your life.
