And I don't know that it surprised anybody, but it reinforced the idea that the real national championship game was Ohio state versus Georgia. So I asked the textures in a survey question.

Which most closely matches your view after Georgia destroyed Ohio state. I'm distraught Ohio state lost a sure national title by losing to Georgia.

I'm optimistic Ohio state proved it's the team best suited to challenge Georgia for the long haul or I promise I'm exactly 50 50 of both. Nathan, what do you think one distraught optimistic or both.

I think it's got to be at least optimistic. I don't know if they go so far as to say best position to challenge long term, but at least optimistic.

You think optimistic beat distraught and did not beat both. So Steven, what do you think it was? What won the bowl the vote? They're optimistic they're distraught because oh, it was right there or they're both.

Both just because I mean you have a reason for I mean you're probably optimistic about the future, but I mean you lost by one point to a team who just 165 to 7.

So you're both wrong they're distraught they're mostly distraught they're like oh my god, I can't believe it 39% distraught 35% both 26% I'm optimistic.

So it's not it's it's kind of all basically the same and I'm sure every Ohio state fan has some of both there.

I will say Nathan that I watched that game more optimistic and I did think I thought the vibe of the way the game was described and the way Georgia was described was a little odd because it felt it was mostly

this is Georgia they're the new dominant force in college football look out you know like there might be a 10 year dynasty coming here from Georgia.

And there of course was some mention of like hey by the way you know the real national championship game was a semi final.

But I think in our final evaluation as I think of that game I think I'll believe there were four things that if any of them broke for Ohio state.

That Ohio state went over four on these things if Ohio state would have gotten one of them I think they may have won I think they would have won one is Marvin Harrison junior doesn't get hurt.

The second is the keep the targeting call don't overturn it and set up Ohio state for a first and goal instead of Ohio state settling for a field goal there that's two separate things really as we talked about.

Three is Nathan ransom doesn't fall down and you don't give up a one place 76 year touchdown drive and four is you make the field goal.
