My food, so I'm the pickiest eater that I know. I am more picky than my toddler, but I am especially

particular when it comes to mac and cheese. What are you particular about? So if we do the box

craft mac and cheese, right? The old standard. Are you okay with that?

I'm okay with that. It just has to be cooked the right way. I don't like it when it's all

watery from people putting too much milk. I saw a video one where they were making the old school

craft mac and cheese as if it were hamburger helper changed my life. What do you mean? You did it

with ground beach? Oh, you can if you want if you want to add stuff to it, but they cooked it

the same way that you would with hamburger helper. You put the water and the milk and the sauce

all together and you cook it that way and then you let it reduce down into an actual sauce from

the milk and the water and the cheese powder. Are you doing this in a frying pan like you would

hamburger helper? Are you doing it a pot? A frying pan. Okay. So that same style.

All right, why did that change your life? What's what's the difference? This sauce cooks into the

noodles. I'm guessing. Yeah, it makes it a lot creamier and just way better in general, but

regardless, anything mac and cheese, I'm super picky about it has to be creamy, but also lots of
