Some people define faith as positive thinking, as if we can force Jesus to do what we want

him to do.

However, biblical faith trusts what Jesus will do in his way and in his time, instead

of demanding what Jesus must do.

I have been so looking forward to this time in the word today, yes, for moms, for whom

this is a day of celebration, as well as for many, for whom this day for a variety of reasons

may be tender.
