The subtitle pretty much captures probably for a lot of people with the thesis, with the push for decarceration and deep policing gets wrong and who it hurts most.

I imagine a lot of this as a response to, in fact, how the left responded to 2020.

But tell us, Rafael, why you wanted to write this book and what ground it really aims to cover.
