And understanding who the Holy Spirit is is key to experiencing the kind of life that God wants us to experience every day.

In historic Christianity, the Holy Spirit is most often depicted in the form of a dove,

and while there is certainly biblical merit to that symbolism, we shouldn't confuse the Holy Spirit for a docile bird.
