That is correct. Yeah, so just a few weeks ago here in Cordo Lane on June 29, tragedy struck our small community.

That day, firefighters were ambushed when a young man set a brush fire on a local hiking spot called Canfield Mountain.

He then opened fire on two firefighters who responded

to the call amongst others. And two men, battalion chief Frank Harwood and battalion chief John Morrison,

paid the ultimate price for being first responders, for being the kind of brave humans that run

into literal fires, knowing full well, they may never come out

the other side. And that day it happened. And also that day, engineer Dave Tisdell was wounded when

he took gunfire to his chest in his spine. He was shot twice and pinned inside of his rig. And

despite being severely injured, he continued to communicate with his fellow firefighters
