game notes from the Eagles PR staff for the next game and you're like whoa whoa whoa I gotta get some sleep but it's it's a quick

turn around here you had a tough travel day huh just weird getting to and from Kansas City

had, you know, layovers in Charlotte on the way there,

Dallas on the way back,

not a lot of direct flights from Philly to KC.

Yeah, there's always, you know, Greyhound.

Maybe there's a bolt bus that goes out there, Amtrak,

probably take about 20 days.

Yeah, I'd prefer to fly, but fly but probably probably the best option. Yeah it worked out I got some sleep last night I'm feeling good good. You know it's funny like the day after you get like three hours of sleep you're like you need it man your body's starting to hurt a little bit but

I'm feeling good ready to get this get this week on yeah it's a quick week it's a short

week you know I think the Eagles got back around 5 a.m. on on Tuesday morning and right back at it.

And they'll have an

morning type practice Thursday.

It's gotta work up an appetite.

And then get them home, get them out of there.

You know, spend some time with their friends.

Nick's pretty good about that.

But, you know, get the work in but also

shorten the day a little so they can spend time with their family. Yeah, that's a good thing to do. We hope everyone

enjoys time with their families on Thanksgiving.
