Can I tell you how I had, I have an incredible podcast planned out for you today.

Just before I was about to push the play button, Essence dropped its May cover featuring

Diddy and his daughters, right?

So the twins and chants, I posted the cover image on my page.

I talked about the beautiful brownness.

I talked about how the last time that I remember seeing Diddy on the cover of Essence, he was

with Kim and Kim was pregnant with the twins.

The twins are now 12, so it's been a long time since Diddy's been on the cover.

For me, it was very nostalgic.

I saw the girls, they look very much like their mother, they have a lot of Diddy in them.

They're a set of kids who, when they're standing with the father, they look like the father,

and they're with the mother, they look like the mother, they are a good blend of both

parents.

And then chants, she's the same age as the twins, but Kim is not her mom, she has a different

mom, but neither here nor there.

Families are defined in all sorts of different ways.

But I posted the cover, making the connection that now Diddy is on the cover again with the

twins, that it was a very full circle moment, and also very sad that Essence is doing a
