somewhat tangentially this huge row about whether macabee fans can attend this football match.

And look at it by posing a question familiar to us in the rock and roll politics cooperative.

But becoming, it seems to me, ever more urgent.

Where does power lie?

Because in this particular instance, it is not wholly clear. So, for example,

I'm going to do a bit more reflection on this, but, you know, oh, why hasn't Starmar acted already?

Irrespective of whether you think he's right to intervene in the first place, has he the power to do so?

Anyway, and that raises wider questions about the state of the state in Britain and the confused layers of where power lies.

So that will be my reflection for the day. We then come to some brilliant questions.
