Laurent Brousswa is officially back, activated from injured reserve on Tuesday, headed to Rockford for some conditioning stints and we'll probably never see him in a Black Hawk's jersey.

Well, he did photo day in a Black Hawk jersey.

Fair enough. Fair enough. Yeah, I mean, it's, it's, first of all, props to him for coming back from an injury and surgery and other surgeries and other injuries

over the last, what, 18 months to get back on the ice.

I know he talked with Ben Pope recently about his struggles with the injury and fighting

to come back and how it almost seemed like this was it for him with his NHL career. So props to him for working to come back and get on the ice. And it's been, it's been good to see that. He's with the ice dogs now. He's going to get some time out there in Rockford. And we talked with Dana Gray about like, you know, when Brasua gets there, how does that change the goal-tending situation,

even temporarily with, you know, how Drew Kamezzo and Stanislav Borezhnoi had been playing.

I doubt it's going to really hinder Kameso's playing time, if anything. I would kind of assume

that they would try and keep things as even as possible.

He's been really, really good.

He's kind of just carried over the play that he had to end that last season.

He just had a great end of the regular season and rolled into playoffs.

And he's kind of just picked up where he left off.

And when I came into this year thinking

okay this is the year that drew can play a full pro year at the level that he knows he can play at

i think everyone's pretty professional and brossois going to come in and it and it does seem like

as reports from elliott freemen are that you, he's been granted permission to seek other

trades from the Hawks. And basically they're going to work on that together to give him an

opportunity to be in the NHL. So it just seems like everyone will know the situation that

Rousseau is going to get back on the ice, test it out, and really put some game film down for a guy that

when he was signed by the Blackhawks was one of the best available goaltenders on the market

at that time. And we had aspirations that him and Peter Morazek would be 1A, 1B,
