of your day listening to us so uh we salute you for that um i think that there's a lot going on

that we can be talking about in today's

economic climate, but we've been wanting to cover a topic for a while, and that is how does

currency exchange affect a real estate investor? And you can't get away from the news about the

following dollar, right? It's been that way for quite some time. There's a lot of reasons for that.

Maybe we'll discuss some of those. But really, you hear that, it seems like, you know, kind of

such a macro topic that you figure, there's not much I can do about it. I care around dollars

in my wallet. I'm exchanging dollars all day long. What does it mean to me as a real estate

investor? But there are some ways that you can benefit as well as some ways that you can be hurt,

according to foreign currency exchange, if you're looking at investing anyway outside of the U.S.

So that's kind of what we're going to talk about today.
