This morning the US is inching closer to a Corona virus shutdown across the

board. Seven million residents in the San Francisco Bay Area have been

ordered to shelter in place only allowed to leave their homes for essential

reasons. It is the nation's strictest measures so far.

Is that a suggestion or a law to get a fine?
