Webster's Definition: An obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions. Generally speaking, you get a bill for these items. You have a couple day grace period, but if you screw up, someone takes something away from you. Thus, you figure it out one way or another each and every month. Now, I want to share with you from a coach's perspective, not a fake coach, but this is someone who's actually done hundreds of thousands of coaching calls. I'm not exaggerating. Julie and I've written bestselling books. Julie and I, you know, we're the real deal. But as real deal as it comes when it comes to real estate
1:14.5	coaching. I'm going to share with you a little inside secret. This is something that some of
1:20.1	you guys will laugh at others if you might be slightly offended at, but that's okay. It's still
1:24.2	relevant nonetheless. One of the things that everybody always says,
1:27.8	by everybody, I mean real estate agents who are hiring a coach, they say they want accountability.
1:33.1	And an amateur coach will assume accountability means like what you guys think,
1:38.1	sort of like, okay, let's write this down, let's review this the following week and all the
1:41.7	rest of it. But what you realize after having done
1:44.4	coaching as long as we have is that the word accountability means something different to everybody.
1:49.2	The word accountability is a bit of a mystery for most people because if you try to hold somebody
1:54.7	accountable in this traditional sense, in other words, okay, Bob, this week, these are the
1:59.7	things we're going to work on. You're going to call it five FISBOS, you're going to this, the other thing.
2:03.4	Some people that works for a short time, but the truth is that nobody gets into real estate.
