Good morning my friends and welcome back to the morning mindset. It is time for us to get

our minds aligned with the truth of God. I hope you're ready for that today. The

morning mindset is designed to help you do that. So I

hope you make use of it every day and don't forget the weekends. I've noticed that

our listener numbers kind of dip on the weekend and I get that because the weekend is kind of out of your

normal routine. But my friends you need God's word on the weekends as well.

Amen. Now if you're doing that in some other way in the weekends, praise God, maybe it's because you have time.

I'm glad for that, so keep doing that.

But nevertheless, let's go today to the Word of God to find out what he has to say to us today.

Today I want to look at a very tiny verse.

1 Peter 5, verse 11 as we're wrapping up the book of 1st Peter.

As Peter has described the work

that God does in our lives during the difficulties

and struggles that come, he says this phrase

at the very end, to him be the Dominion forever and ever.

Amen.

To God be the Dominion.

What is Dominion? Dominion is a fancy word for rulership.

It's hearkening back to the days when rulers would have a domain that they were the ruler of.

Now that ruler had authority.

It was his or her kingdom that they were responsible to rule.
