Certainly the Bible does speak about gestures in worship. In fact, prayer, the common gesture with regard to prayer was standing. One, I mean, oftentimes we pray when we're sitting down or lying down in our beds, but throughout biblical history, redemptive history, the primary posture of prayer was standing, lifting up hands.

And of course, you hear about this in the New Testament.

In the New Testament, there is also kneeling, bowing.
