Very good, very good here. Dunphold day. So no bike riding today. And we are

today was the first day in Gerona in like a week where you didn't need to wear gloves, so I didn't ride swift today.

Let's not go down that route so it's been

dry enough but too cold to air anyway. You softy you softy. I'm a total softy and I'm totally fine with it. Basically the reason that we have

gotten this group together is because we talked very briefly in the cycling tips

podcast earlier in January about the effects of Brexit on the cycling industry in the UK and when we talked about it I mean it was just

basically a handful of Americans plus shoddy chatting about something that I mean all the Americans I can safely say know nothing about what they were talking about.

So we thought that it would be a good idea to get some more perspective on it from people who are actually dealing with it

firsthand or who have actually been immersed in what's going on pretty much is why we have this

podcast here. Specifically the reason that we brought Ronan on is because you live in Ireland.
