This week we got this email from somebody and they said you are on a top seven list of best podcasts, best parenting podcasts on, what was it called?

Business Insider. Business Insider.

That was nice.

You know what was cool about it?

Tell me.

There were seven podcasts there and I can't remember them all off the top of my head, but they're all really, some of them are NPR and one of them is Slate and one of them is Adam Carolla's wife.

And they're kind of like, you know.

The real deal.

They're the real deal.

And we're in a basement. It's kind of like when I used to wrestle in high school. Uh-huh. And, uh, you know, you'd like make it from regionals to sectionals and like, you know,

the talent increases when you go from regional to sectionals. And, you know, if I was lucky enough to

make it to sectionals that year, I'd be like, oh my God, all these people are good. And then you don't think like, I'm good. I'm here for a reason.

So are we at sectionals? We are at sectionals. We're not at state yet, though. Maybe one day

we'll make it to state, sweetie. Always remember that the best predictor of a child's well-being

is a parent's self-understanding. So today we're going to talk about presence. Is that the deal?

Presence. And we're going to talk, Deepak. It comes from Deepak, right? Yeah, but you know what? It's not so much Deepak that I want to talk about.
