It is good. I'm glad you said that. Each time you think a good or a bad thought about yourself it becomes more and more a part of you.

And what you think is ultimately what comes out of your mouth and it gets into your attitude

and then it gets into your emotions and then you begin to portray that to other people.

about how you do feel about yourself.
