Hi friends. Welcome back to Self Care Daily.

I hope you are feeling really good today and that you are so excited about this week ahead.

Now, I don't know what things are like where you are, but in Sweden, where I'm sitting right now, it's starting to feel sort of official that the beginning of the end of summer is here.

We still have some time. We might still have an upswing in temperature. The sun might return.

But right now, we've had a week and a half of just colder and colder temperatures. We're beginning to see the very first

shift of the leaves. The birch trees are the first ones to go, the first ones to turn from green

to a really bright yellow and eventually orange and then, you know, how it goes. And it's starting to

happen. It's like the whisper of fall is here. Now, depending on how you

count, and everybody does this differently, traditionally, so really if you go by the pagan calendar,

if you go by really nature, the beginning of fall is marked by fall equinox, which doesn't happen until way, way later in September.
