So I had had somebody write me that was pretty mad. That was like, you got to get off those comments like legit, when like the New Year comes around or lent, whatever it is that you give something up for, you need to ditch social media for at least 40 days. Like you should do it for the length, even though you're not into lent, you should get rid of your social media for 40 days. Just as an experiment to see how you feel,

because it's so toxic and I've really been off my social media lately. And it makes me feel so good. And then when I go on there and I just see ridiculous stuff, I'm like the government this that I'm like, I'm out. Like two seconds, I'm out. You know what I mean? I will give comments for feedback for our podcast whether our podcast, whether good or bad. And so I just listen, I just look at some of that just for feedback.
