I've talked to guys as of recently who have, like, you see that their eyes are bigger like, man,

whatever I've been doing the last 20 years.

They've been on the grind, right?

They've been providing.

They've been being the best dad they can, the best husband it can.

Now all that is seem like trying to slip through their fingers just because of nature and just osmoses of life.

Now they're like, this is how I look.

This is what I sound like.

This is what I've been wearing this with something.

Like they've come out this like this, the shell, and they're seeing themselves for the first time.

And they're like, what the, what is this?

As if you didn't have a moment to step back and recognize.

Right.

And so like those are the conversations I'm currently having with some guys.

And it's, it's jarring, man.

And so it makes me also self-reflect, like, I don't want to, like, in my mind,

I'm fighting for 50, right?

Like, I have, I have a buddy who's a doctor.

What I mean, fighting for 50? Well, from this standpoint, meaning that he's well off, travels a bunch, plays a lot of golf,

looks great, it seems happy as all can be.

And I'm like, and I realize he grinded a good 10 years, 12 years to get to that point.

Now he's kind of eating the fruits of his labor at 50. So I'm like, oh,
