Dr. Berg talks about cravings. Do you crave proteins, carbs, or fats. If you crave protein, it could be you need more recovery because you are exercising. Just make sure you do high-quality protein like eggs. If you crave fat, it could mean you need more fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K. Vitamin E is important in muscle and female hormones, especially during menopause. If you crave more vegetables, it usually means you need more minerals or vitamins. It could mean you have a congestive gallbladder or liver. If you crave starch, then we know you have a blood sugar problem and you need to realize it will take more time.
